Hi all, today I took out my new 4x6 out and it worked very well! only looked for an hour, but still found some coins. The oldest being 67 and up. The deepest being 4-5 inches and had a very easy time in pinpointing the coins!!! It took longer in my search, but I'm very happy with this coil!!!!!!! Tomorrow I am going to a park, till then GOOD DIGGING!!!!! GOD---BLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!:detecting::whites::thumbup:

Summer before last i purchased a clean, used MXT that came with the Stock 9.5, the 5.3 and the 4X6. My first outing was to an extremely trashy park using the 9.5. The machine was sounding off like a machine gun due to the multiple targets under the coil with every swing. After a few minutes I switched to the 4x6 and the difference was unbelievable. I was able to separate targets, get accurate TIDs and ended up with some good finds and a lot less frustration. Great coil for trash areas.

Not a bad start with the new coil. You'll do great with it and thanks for sharing, Nancy

Good hunt. I don't use the 4x6, I like the small round ones. I have a 5.3 on my Modded IDX and a 6" Excelerator on my MXT. They both work great. I've got a 5" Excelerator, I don't use it anymore because my sites aren't that trashy. I've never seen a coil that can handle trash better. If you check some of Monte's or Gila Marc's posts i think they will agree. You don't hear the 5" talked about much, but if you hunt the trashiest of areas it will do the job. Rob
