Well didn't have much time to hunt so I went back to the small park again...Didn't dig a clad dime or quarter as got 10 clad dimes and 5 clad quarters last time and when an Explorer scans a rather small area not much left...Did dig 6 wheaties all around 8 inches or so as couldn't get a distinct warble of a dime as sometimes iffies pay off in silver.
Looked at my watch and said well the silver run is over as time for supper and cut across the park at an angle and got that distinct warble and sure enough around 8 inches in the middle of the plug was a silver disc. Turned out to be a 64 Roosie...Wow that was close in several ways..
I know my silver run will end, aches and pains will be less as I get back in shape after winter and with the warm weather comes the bugs but my enthusiasm will only gain momentum throughout the season.
Thanks for reading and hope you have a silver or two in your pouch also
