4th time out with my mxt

i should say 4th time ever metal detecting found one quarter three dimes and three pennies, im on my way to learning this great machine, and looking forward to learning more all of you have been great help and anyone who is scared they cant learn should come here thanks to all the great people on here thanks again bryan

Bryan, the more you use that MXT, the more you'll like it. As you learn it, I'd suggest you listen carefully and try to put the subtle differences in tones (trash versus goodies etc.) to use and let the ID be just part of your decision to dig. You may wonder what I mean by that when you read this, but the more hours you put in the sooner you'll pick up on what I'm trying to say. And remember that the machine will give you an audible signal deeper than the ID will register accurately.
