I went back to the site I found a few days ago in an empty cornfield..I used the XP Deus the 1st two hunts with great results..But I was getting interference from an electric fence.Wensday I decided to try the CTX 3030 .I knew the fence would not cause any issue with the FBS multi freq.I hunted 45 min with great results .I had a hard time cropping a few pics to fit(sorry).I also made a video of the entire Hunt(NO wind this time) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cqe0B6JVd0A One of the coins is a canadian Large cent or token I believe ..One is a US large Cent..And the other coin sized object is a Button missing the shank. The candian looks to be 1820...The US Cent is Un- readable. Thanks for Viewing..HH

Nice...

What you have there is a Canadian Commercial Change - 1/2 penny token - 1820.

Well done,
:)

Awesome! Thank you Mike..Thats even better than i thought. So Ive found 1 canadian one english and 5 US large cents there .The spots 25 or so miles from the canadian border so Im betting the English coin came thru canada also..Really appreciate the info..

Niagra, man you have patience!!! Only when I ha e no other options do I hunt a high stubble field....
Watching you gonin between the stubble brougt back many a days, doing just that. I always feel like I missed so much ground because the irratic patterns, just finding some flat dirt.
Because I always hunt im a grid of some sort, mskes it almost impossible for me to hunt stubble fields.
However, I dont mind huntng that stubble with a shotgun in hand. though.., :)

Very nice !

That stubble is a Pain! The finds made it worth the hassle..I feel like Im missing alot from the erratic pattern as well.I prob should use the little coil but the depth loss holds me back..Almost time to break the shotgun out for a nice fat corn fed deer..!:clapping: Good luck on your Hunts!
