I received permission to search this mans property. The house was built in 1952, and sits on an acre of land. . I started getting signals immediately showing 04-28 and 27. The audio was not smooth but when circled was consistent. The depth showed about 8 or 9 inches. The soil is very soft and loamy but sure enough I saw a coin at 8 inches or so. i was hoping for at least a wheaty but it was a Lincoln penny. A few feet away another signal, and another Lincoln at the same depth. this continued all around the house. The tally for 2 hours was 41 Lincolns, 1 nickle, 1 brass faucet and surprise surprise, a silver heart that appeared to be torn off its chain as it has a tear in the top part. It clearly says sterling on it, and when i got home i tested it and it proved to be silver. The strange thing is that the heart was only 3 inches deep and the heavy brass faucet was a little over 3 inches. Why would the pennies be so deep? I have never found new coins so deep.
