I am starting to hit em. Besides a the usual handful of trash and about .75c in clad I dug a nice group.
'17s, '19s , '41d, and '47s wheats and a 1951s quarter.
the 1917 was not the double die and the quarter is not any better than good condition, markings are fair but coin is dinged up pretty heavy.
I hit the Quarter on the way back to the truck maybe 40 feet to the side walk.
6 HF DD, 23 to 25 sens, 4 on the thresh, tracking off, signal stabilization on
That little coil is getting me through the trash.
I hit the 2 older wheats between 4 and 5 inches.
It's nice to be hitting something other than shallow clad.
