4 months with the 705

Well this is my 4Th month and I have had the time off my life swinging this 705, This is a great hobby and I do think I have done very well. The only thing is I have yet to find 1 silver coin I have found maybe 7-8 Wheaties and about $80.00 change. I have found GOLD 10K, 14K, 18k, in finger rings, earrings, and somethings that I not sure what they are, some silver rings and earrings. I think just over 20 rings in all some good some not so good I also found a H.S. class ring that I returned a few months back. I have found my fair share of junk but I don't mind it's just part of the hunt and the fun. So I thought I should show off some of my better finds, I see a lot of you seem to find nice old coins, relics really sweet items that I hope to find some day and I believe the day will come but for now I will keep trying to pop rings and jewelry, it seems that most of the gold rings I find fit my wife's finger (go figure). 2 weeks ago I found 1 ring a day 4 days in a row went out 2 more times and found another but this was my first 14k mans ring that one was to big for her (hehehe). And then 2 days ago I went out again and found this I know what it is just not sure what it represents but it is very interesting piece 14k gold and weighs 6 grams it is a sweet find

WOW I have only found two rings in several years of detecting. You are on a real good start with the 705.

that is exceptional, I have used the x-70 for a yr and a half and still have not dug a single gold item with it, I have a massive collection of pulltabs though! I have found 4 or 5 gold filled rings, but never yet 10 or 14k, so you have done GREAT!

Great job on all the gold jewelry. You must have some good hunting spots, or you spent lot of time in those 4 months. Heck, the past couple months have been too snowy and cold to do much of anything around here. Congrats.

Wow 4 months you are doing great! Do you hunt Beach's or tot lots, parks? Where every you been hunting I keep hunting there. I have had my 70 for close to 2 years and only found one 14k ring.

Those are some great finds.I also have a 705 and I have not found what you have found yet.
what coil are you useing and where are you hunting,and where are you finding these great
finds.Congrats.to you your doing a great job,dont stop doing what your doing it is working
and keep useing that same coil it's working for you.What coil are you useing when you are
makeing all of these great finds.Let us know what else you are finding...
