ok now don't laugh too hard, but this is 8 days worth of hunting!!!! Not a SINGLE silver to show, I hit a couple yards, and several field sites, got a few cool digs, but man did I put in the hours to get em! I would have to say this is the smallest pile I have ever pulled for 8 days worth of hunting!
4 indians are, 1866, 1882, 1891, and 1907, one was in a yard betcha can tell which one..lol

The trade token is my favorite find, it is from a local town closeby. The 1916 Buffalo was a field find, pretty good shape. The shield nickel was a surprise, thought it was an electrical box knockout or something, super smooth, took it home and hit it with steel wool and a 5 and stars popped out! wow a SMOOTH shield nickel, my 8th shield nickel this yr. Thimble has my town on it, that was neat, and one eagle button missing the back. Not super finds, but way better than going to work!

Well look at it this way if silver would've been there you would've found it, still a very respectful eight days of hunting congratulations

Good hunting anyway I prefer yards for coin hunting they just come out better. We finally got a rain of 4 inches,I just started hunting again today.Meet 9 other coin hunters today only 3 had silver I never met any of them before..Thanks for sharing.

Nice finds and the big plus is all the exercise you got. Now days I go for the exercise more than the finds. Don't get me wrong though I still get exited when I find a good silver coin, even after over 40 years.:bouncy:

Nice finds Terry - like the Token !

It seems like we all have hot and cold streaks - some times you swing your butt off to find a Wheat Cent - other times you just about trip over a Silver coin as soon as the coil hits the ground.
In the long run - all that counts is that you can look back and say ... man, we really had a great season !

Went to the cornfield where I found my 2 seateds this year for 2

Nice assortment Terry - silver ain't everything brother (you know that);)
