4 hours in the surf lane today no Gold or Silver

Hit the beach around 1100 this morning and the first thing I see as soon as I walk up on the boardwalk is this Whale about 100 yards off shore.

Not very many targets today but the weather was beautiful.59 degrees with the wind blowing around 10 to 15 very nice.But the water is still cold.
Just ask this guy.

On the way back down the beach I ran into my good friends Va. Beach Max and Low Tide Tim

There were a few people out today but did not see any body else detecting
and of course there is always a few surfers.
