4 Hour hunt today. A SWEET silver clod...and Injuns' everywhere:clapping:

This post is gonna be pretty short because I have to get up at 5:30 tomorrow for work:rolleyes:

Went back to the site I call the "Injun' patch" today to see if I could sniff out one more keeper...and the SE was on fire. It was sniffing out silver on edge and Injun' after Injun' from the iron and trash. Almost all of the injuns were directly in, around, beneath, or beside iron.

Honest to God I would have been happy with just one more old coin from this site. It truly helped keep me alive when I was watching my mother nearing the end of her battle with cancer a few years ago. She fought until God decided she had suffered and battled enough.

I hammered the snot out this place 7 days a week for 3 straight weeks... each and every day I went to visit my momma'.

Each time I got there...no matter how bad or weak she felt...the first thing she would do was smile and say..."Did you find anything".

It seemed like the "injun' Patch" always helped to brighten her last few days:angel:

Thank you God...and I love you and miss you mom.

Here's the pics from this hunt at mom's favorite place which gave me 5 injuns' and a barber today. The barber and one of the injuns are still embedded in the clod...so I'm gonna leave 'em in there and display them in my china cabinet with some of mom's personal stuff.

Sorry fellers'...no more typin'...cause I kinda got choked up.

Good job and as we know Mom is watching and smiling down from heaven!!!

Nice finds & nice photos !!!

Nice hunt Bryce! A few years ago before Dad passed he used to get a kick out of holding and looking at my finds - especially if they came from an area he used to frequent when he was younger (He would take out his "loop" and examin them). Happy memories!!

Thanks for the story and the pictures Bryce. Congratulations on the finds!

Congratulations on a awesome hunt :surprised: pulling 5 Indians and a barber from that place is quite a accomplishment, love that you left them still in the clod  PS. THEY ALMOST HAVE THE CORN AND BEANS OUT OF THE FIELD...hint hint...YETI.

Nice finds Bryce! I'm pretty new to the forum and am enjoying the stories and advice I've found here. I lost my mom to cancer a couple of years ago. Like your mom, she marveled at the cool things my Minelab could find. It's always special to bring a smile to our Moms. I'm sure they are smiling down on us now.:angel:

Thanks for sharing the great photos and remember: It's not all fellers out here.;)

Heck of a hunt bud. We have pulled a lot of nice ones from there and I know what that place means to you and what it meant to your mom.
