very good tf, i knew you were getting ready to break the 1965 mark! i should of played the lottery that night. great finds man, and glad you got your first silvers and a buffalo too. hh,

Great finds. I remember when I found my first silver, a very, very, long time ago. There's something about seeing a round silver disk pop out of the ground that gets the blood pumping! Good luck and many more.

Awesome video! You inspired me to get permission at a Boy Scout Camp too-dating back to the 30's! It was a tough sell to get permission cause he doesn't want lots of people going there asking to hunt. -Made me promise not to tell where-so I won't!) The guy I talked with said he was doing some yard work in an older section of the camp (now off limits to the Scouts), and out of a hole popped a 1929 Mercury dime! He has worked there for 20 years and never had anyone metal detect it. I can't wait to go-don't think it has ever been hunted!

Wow cool!!!! You have your own personal gold mine!!! You are gonna pull all kinds of goodies out of that place, remember to dig everything!!!!!

Update-totally bummed today! While the district executive gave me permission to hunt the site-the grounds keeper wouldn't let me go today. I'll try again....but he seemed resistant to me hunting thre.

Cool video, that Merc is cherry and it's amazing the Bufflo was right on the surface. Your Rogers fork # is the pattern #, not the date :beers:

There's an old boy scout camp where I grew up, I went there as a kid....wonder if the owner would allow hunting
