Has anyone got one and if so how is it on the ATP.
Thinking about getting one...but need some feedback on it.
I have one for my F5 and its hot on it...hoping its the same for the ATP ?
Please help...Love my new AT PRO !!!

If you are looking for a coil to search between the junk the sniper coil fits the bill wonderfully.

If your looking for a small sniper coil that gets great depth then It will disappoint you.

The stock coil does a very nice job of separating targets. I look at the sniper coil as a coil for under bleachers and stuff like that. More recent drops type of coil.

And when that coil is mounted you will realize that it is very small. So hunting a big area is not realistic.

I agree totally. I bought my Pro with a super sniper coil as well as the stock coil. I have dug over 3000 coins in three month and never used the sniper yet. It is great around bleachers and in a tot lot, other than that the only use would be if you are hunting in front of a concession stand in a sports field, you might be able to use it there.

The stock coil in Pro mode Coins, zero or custom has great separation. I can easily pick out the good from the bad in a trashed area, especially with the Iron audio feature.

Thanks for reading and Happy Hunting

Ive only air tested my sniper coil, havent had a chance to use it in the field yet . On a mens medium size wedding band (no big chunky bits ) 7 inches in pro mode, max sensitivity with a repeatable tone. Dont know if this is any help to you

I have one and the depth leaves a little to be desired. But around posts or bleachers it is great. I have also found that if you are working along a steel reinforced driveway or walk, it is less sensitive and is not bothered by the reinforcing wire or re bars as much as the stock coil. Is it worth the $95? That is a decision only the user can make. As for me, I do not use it all that much so far becuse my available time has been somewhat limited.
