With some talk of having to hunt on dry land because of lots of modern trash
i did a air test with my 3D.with a Nickel and a Dime.
I know it is a air test in the house .. My 3D also tested at 11.9 inches in Florida soil.
Enhanced mode clad Dime 11,5 inches. Nickle 12.5 inches.
Salt mode Dime 11 inches Nickle 11. 5 inches.
Now the low conductive target although bigger lost more depth
which makes since with detector adjusting to the conductivity of the salt in salt mode.
