3D compadre Nickle Notch parts list

Looking for a Patsy list for the 3D (nickle notch) mod for the compadre. I searched but haven't had much luck... my internet connection is slow.

The great thing about this mod the circuit board is not involved at all. Only one wire is desoldered from a pot, which is then attached to the toggle switch and then three wires soldered to the pot. There are no changes to the circuit board at all.
Now if the pictures you see are in the same order as I see them Picture 1 is top left and all the others flow counter clock wise on your screen.

Picture 1: These are the components I used in the modification.
One 3P3T Switch that I purchased from Digikey. Part No. M2026ES1W01, cost was less than $8.00.
Two 100K OHM trimmer Potentiometers that I got off eBay. I got a pack of 5 for $4.59.
Wire was the third item used in the Mod.

Picture 2: A picture of the bottom of the Compadre circuit board. The trim pot furthest to the right is the secondary discrimination adjustment (it has the number 103 printed on it). If you have difficulty getting the Zinc trimpot to discriminate out the zinc then adjust the secondary adjustment down. I had to do this once and it only took a tiny tiny turn counter clockwise to get the 3D trim pot to adjust in.

Picture 3: Attached is the schematic that I use for all the 3D Mods.

Picture 4: A picture showing how I preadjust the trim pots. At this point only the white wire on the discrimination pot has been disoldered. All connections are made with jumpers.

First, remember to take a lot of photos of were all the wires attach to the board, speaker etc. in case you need to reconnect a wire.

I have found that I don't need to take the pots off the face plate to do the mod.

Much appreciated, do you ever add a switch to control the width of the notch... as in wide or narrow? Not sure if I recall correctly, but it seems I saw one that had been modified once that had something like that also. Either way, I appreciate the help.
