In the hopes of finding a ring that was lost Wednesday I hit the water at 8AM this morning....Tide was up as was the surf...Asked myself a couple times"what am I doing out here?". I spent an hour fighting the breaking waves that were pounding the shore line were the ring was lost with no luck, might have a better shot at it on a low tide. Will try again another time!
Headed out past the sandbar to about chest deep water and started heading north up the beach. The waves are just rollers out there, and its much easier to go with them up the beach than against them.Hunted till just after noon with mixed results......$1.21 in clad, live bullet(that's a first),few sinkers, kids necklace, small earring, smaller than a dime foreign coin???,and a nice heavy 31.3g sterling bracelet that was a deep one...HH GL ALL

Lots of good finds in that hunt.
A heavy bracelet I'd say.

Pretty bracelet. Not sure, but it kind of looks like some of the work done by a number of native American jewelers. Polish it up and that nice piece may do better than melt.
