300 Miles from home and finding GOOD treasure, Ms. Mercury
And she looks good for 60+

I went out this morning and cruised around yuppie Ville (Murrieta). It is full of new housing tracks and malls. I finally found a spot near old town. It was an old creamery, all burnt down inside and burnt stuff all over the ground. I found a coin right off the bat by a palm tree. Later at the hotel I could see it was 1935 Mercury (needs some TLC). Then I found a 1947 wheat, and then a 1939 d MERCURY DIME. As you can see from the picture, it is in real nice condition. I found another wheat, a 1952. I also found a silver tag that reads Mose mille Falls. I found the cool copper cover with the rosette and a jack (for playing jacks). I

My brother-in-law lives over by the old railroad station. That would be a good spot. When I lived in Murrieta "Old Town" was all there was. Used to be nothing but horse ranches there. My father-in-law had a big house on eight acres on Washington. Somewhere I've got some pics of Murrieta taken from my father-in-law's plane when we were up flying many years ago. Hope you find some nice goodies.
