3 wheaties in a short school yard hunt

Took the XL Pro to a nearby school that I have not hunted in a while. This school did not have a lot of targets when I hunted it before and it had been fenced off for 15 months while renovations were being done. It opened for school again this past week.

I started in the areas where the dirt had been redistributed and quickly filled my pouch twice with can slaw and nothing else. Moved to the old play field that was undisturbed.

I hit the first wheat at about 7 inches down. Then the little piece of jewelry (above the tab and left of the pin) that ID'd a little above dime. It looks like a little pearl and with the ID I think the mount may be silver, but no markings.

Then the threshold tone went away. Battery check and yes; out of battery. So with good alkalines it looks like about 18 hours give or take.

With new batteries, hit two more wheats, and a few other more modern targets. Total hunt time about an hour.
