3 rings back at strange lake

Went back to the lake that doesn't corrode the coins like most the lakes I have been in. This lake is STRANGE. If you get a high low beep dig it. But the beeps are numerous. The coins and silver don't corrode at all. Total for the one dive was 2 silver rings, one aluminum ring, small sterling religious medal, a 1935 and 1964 Washington and other assorted odds and ends like the harmonica reed. 4 wheat's and 17 cents in newer stuff. It was 55 degrees outside and the water wasn't any warmer. It still needs to warm up around this joint!!!

Very interesting . Silver rings are better than no rings:clap:I agree, the weather around here is cold today but due to hit a hot spell over the next few days.:detecting:

Yes hot spell is comming. All weekend will be playing in the water somewhere!! Can't wait. All my tanks are charged and ready to rumble!! Hopefully I will clean up some more trash out of the lakes.

Thanks Gulf Hunter and greatwhite. I hope you can get out this weekend and give me a little compitition!! OK, a LOT of compitition!!

I'm just about to change from the farmer John to the Shorty wet suit and the water temp just hit 72 degrees. You earn every ticket, Mate. I wonder why the lake doesn't corrode the finds. I realize it is freshwater but is it spring fed, balanced PH level, ionization or mineralization? Very wierd lake for sure.

Nice Hunt,

BDA:cool:
