:hot: (1) FOUND 1QUARTER & 1PENNY IN THE FRONT LAWN OF OUR COURT HOUSE
(2) FOUND 1QUARTER,,3DIMES & 5PENNIES OF WHICH ONE WAS A 1940 WHEATIE.. THE LIVE OAK I HAVE BEEN DETECTING UNDER (OFF & ON) FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS GAVE UP ANOTHER OLD COIN.. (3) FOUND 3DIMES & 5PENNIES AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL IN GOOD PINE LA. (THAT WAS LIKE TAKING CANDY FROM A BABY WITH ALL THAT SAND AROUND THE SWINGS)..ANYWAY ENDED UP AT MY CHIROPRACTORS OFFICE FOR AN ADJUSTMENT..MY POOR OLD BACK FEELS BETTER AND I CAN WALK A LITTLE BETTER.. GOD BLESS...HENRY

Went to a park the other day and after not finding much at the playground looked for the biggest tree I could find with an over hanging branch (that maybe someone might have climbed and sat or dangled from.) Found a couple coins - nothing old but did find my first muzzle loading mini-ball. Has the rifling grooves in it so guessing it had been fired a long long time ago (too bad I nicked it with the digging tool.) Will try to post a pic of it sometime.

Congrats again Henry on the finds and sure glad you survived the hurricane(s).
