3 Nautilus coils for sale w/ down rods and hardware

I have a 15", 10" and a 6" coil set for the Nautilus DMC II B A detector. I sold the machine to an artifact hunter who tested all the coils. Everything checked out perfectly for him except the 6" coil. It would not ground balance in automatic mode but it balanced in manual. He decided not to take the machine and I wound up selling the machine without the coils to another relic hunter. I will sell all 3 coils with down rods and hardware bolts for $150 shipped to you. Or I will price them and sell them separately or I might even be convinced to sell the down rods and hardware separately. They are stainless steel, and are very expensive when you can find any to purchase.. Email me and let me know or make offers. If no replies by January 10th off to the auction site.

I tried PM NO GO . I will go 60.00 shipped on 10'' coil and rod if decent shape and balances as it should? I take it its thin type? I can do Pay pal as soon as hear back.

I would like the 6 inch coil and rod. How much are you asking ?

Don't know why the PM didn't work. I just now managed to crawl out of bed to check the postings. I have paraplegic migraines that are debilitating at times. The 10" coil and down rod shipped for 70 and yes I think it is the thin one. I already have it bubble wrapped but it appears to be about 3/4" or less thick. I have never seen a super thin coil like Whites has. I used the machine with the 10" coil to trace my water line from the street to the house. It was buried in 1970 and is about 3 feet deep. It had no problem finding it. That's all I know about the machine and coils. I am actually selling these for some children whose dad passed away several months ago. They are trying to finish the house he was building for them.

The 6" coil as is with down rod 40 shipped. You read it balanced for the man in manual but he could not get it to balance in automatic mode. It might be a ground wire in the connector breaking down or it could be just frayed. From what I know of electronics it would almost have to be in the wire or connector because the ground and shielding is what usually causes a coil not to balance. There are no cracks or separation in any of the coils that would indicate a case seal problem.

All the coils are white but have some red clay staining on them. Jack was well known for finding artifacts in the club and he didn't care to get down and dirty. He usually kept his machines etc. immaculate so I am wondering if the last time he went hunting he used this machine and then passed away before cleaning them up. I tried to clean them but just couldn't scrub enough to get them clean. I am guessing but I bet someone with some comet and scrubber could make them look really good. Especially if followed up with several coats of white shoe polish.I have been using shoe polish on my black coils for years. It makes the coils look good and protects the coil even though I also use coil covers. My email is Coinhunter@Charter.net.
