Today I went back to the field I hunted this week where I got the nice infantry buttons. I found three Indians 1865,1891 and 1901. The 1891 is awesome the other two were pretty crusty!
 
Yep, that 91 is a beauty! Love when they come out like that.
 
Sweet Indians! For the amount of years they were minted can’t find enough of them,
I have a 1898 looks like it was never in circulation or very little !
