3 month drought ended.... finally

scubapirate

After my banner 7 ring hunt I finally ended my 3 month drought.... not for the lack of trying... must have done 20+ hunts without any gold.... talk about feeling mortal. (just kidding).
I am backpacking on holidays.. in Cozumel right now and found a remote resort that has a private diver who rented me scuba gear for $20. Well I jumped on that and hit the area where people jump in the water...
2 hour dive resulted in this 6.4gr 18k wedding band that fits on my thumb!!!!
Going to hit this beach again today..... :)

WTG scubapirate. Great find. Hope you find a whole lot more. $20 for scuba gear is a great deal, even if it's rental. GL & HH.

Thats a nice one!, and this is a good post about heads up hunting an area, and thinking a little about locations and sourcing local gear and advice...I hear you about all those empty hours between the gold, anytime somebody asks, I tell them water hunting is tough! Good Luck on the beach!:clapping:
Mud

winter is hard on most of us .. i keep running at few silver coin this weekend

Congrats on breaking the streak. I'm surprised your gold-less streak was that long!
Cheers,
tvr
