It was another great day for hunting here in Virginia, the weather was super nice and no BUGS biting...................
Andy and myself hunted one of our favorite sites today and came away with some nice silver coins etc.. Andy found 4 wheats, 12 clad quarters, 2 Wash silver quarters, a pair of gold colored (plated) ear rings and about 30 cents in other loose change. Andy was using his 8x10 platypus coil...I found the following,,,, 1917s merc, 1934 merc, standing liberty quarter no date, 3 wheats, 5 clad quarters, couple clad dimes, 1 buffalo nickel, 1 Jefferson nickel, couple of zincroid pennies, several memorial pennies and a nice silver ring. I used my 4.5x7 coil...I went a little slower today so Andy could keep up:biggrin::punch:
