3 Hunts in Late September...

Was almost 3 months with no hunting this summer/fall. It was either too humid/hot, or too dry to hunt. I did manage to get out for 3 hunts once my buddy Kevin got back in town. Hit wooded areas around the city and managed to find these goodies...




From top left... A Menter Clothing token from the late 1800s to early 1900s. A Lindon Johnson Presidential token (Lindon Johnson circa 1965). A Joyland Arcade token (worth about $5). A 1850 (Upper) Canadian Half-Penny token (worth about $3). A 1941 Washington Quarter. A 193? Buffalo Nickel. 6 Wheats.

Nice finds!

Know what you mean about not getting out. Any spare time i had this Summer was primarily devoted to restoring my old Jeep a big project and getting my ATV ready for snow plowing. That dam ATV has had one problem after another. Fix one problem then another pop'd up.
To top it off, i decided to do some brush hogging with my IH Farmall tractor and it needed some extensive engine repairs also.
This metal detecting season has been a big no-go. There's always next year!
