i also could use long warm glows to go with it any1 know of some good ones

They will be comfy in the summer while wading.
As well in the winter if you wear thermal underwear.

if you are talking about being in the water with a 3.5 suit, dont wear thermals, you'll freeze to death,,

He's talking neoprene chestwaders, not wetsuit.
I used to scuba dive (drift dive) with a 1/4" wetsuit in the Niagara River when it got down to 50 degrees in December, putting on a pair of good thermals underneath my wetsuit gave me about an extra 15 minutes below the surface before I had to come up. And as you may know, wetsuits are constructed of open cell neoprene which lets water in, the layer of water between your wetsuit and your body is the insulating layer that your body heat keeps warm. Once your body can't heat the water up, you get cold fast. Fishing waders are constructed of closed cell neoprene, does not let water in. Unless you happen to slip and fall...:stars:

Putting thermals on under waders that keep you dry in the first place, keep you so much warmer when water hunting in cold weather. I was also a winter Steelhead, salmon Fisherman....

Our popular 3mm Neostretch Neoprene Chest Waders give hunters unparalleled comfort, protection and value. Every seam is bonded and taped for superior protection against leakage. The neoprene is laminated to a heavy-duty nylon jersey shell for durability and abrasion resistance. There is a double layer of neoprene in the knees to prevent wear. A smooth lining makes them easy to put on and take off. Lug sole boots are insulated with 600-gram Thinsulate

i'll second what Sven says, i use 3mm Orvis chest waders with socks and put either felt or stud sole boots on depending if im for trout or detecting, the sea here gets to about 45
