2nd GOLD RING!!!

I think I'm starting a trend here.... I had plans to hunt a private property for one of the guys I work with but everything went bust by the end of the day yesterday. I went to my back-up plan which was a park with a bunch of baseball fields. I also wrote down a bunch of tot-lot addresses so I could GPS them so at least I had a small plan this morning.

Went to the baseball park and headed under the bleaches. I found a majority of the quarters and dimes there. Then by 8:45am the place was buzzing with people so I was packing it in. On the way to the car there was an old oak tree I figured I'd swing around. About 2 feet out I got a solid 56 hit on the AT Gold. About an inch down out pops a very large girls class ring. 10K. I kept thinking, "There's no way..." But here's the best part: SHE HAD HER ENTIRE NAME ENGRAVED ON IT!!! :clapping: I'm pretty excited now because it should be fairly easy to track this girl "Katie" down at the local high school on Monday.

From the baseball fields I went to a tot-lot about 3 miles away. Completely deserted. This is where I found all of the beaver tails, :pulltab:nickels and most of the pennies.

I have to say, I've had two great weeks detecting in a row and I feel very Blessed that I have now found 2 rings :detecting:that will hopefully finish with a happy ending. Thanks for looking gang, and have a Blessed weekend! Greg

What year is it? Be sure to get a pic of you returning it to her. Very cool find!

2014. It seems she's a Junior. I'm assuming she plays softball because at the ball field lots of high school kids go their to compete I was told by one of the groundskeepers this morning. Absolutely on the pics!!! Have an awesome Sunday Mike!
