Man, this rig is down right dangerous! They should have called the CSC -"THE CLAD KILLER" I went out for a full day Sunday to 2 separate fields. I was at the first field a little over 2hrs, and was not finding a hot spot there, so I moved on to another field and spent just under 6 hrs there. I found a real good hot spot there! I had visited each place roughly 5 yrs ago, but I missed the goods last time at the second spot. I haven't had a chance to tally up what I found yet, but I am hoping to beat my personal best quarters/hr. which is 180 Quarters in 6hrs. That was 3 or 4 yrs ago with my ace 250 and a 10x14 dd coil. I had found a lot of 2 and 3 qrtr spills at the time. I am gonna get to counting now.
*These are the piles of remains collected by THE CLAD KILLER.
*Still no rings, but I was skipping a lot of the nickle sounds due to shredded pop cans. I would also like to note that for a big coil, it seems to still make blips on quarters even in fairly trashy areas! I found quite a few quarters by hearing a small blip, then turning and weeding the high tone out at the front of the coil. Impressive!
