2500 and the Merc

Got to finely get out again with the 2500, still in the learning stage so bare with me. Still hunting in the coins mode and the standard coil very trashy area a lot of screw tops and foil, tabs you name it, it is here. Harley rally for three days, and then it rained for a week so everything is flooded, anyway I was hitting the road ways where they walk from there camping sites to all the beer gardens and fun spots and was finding a lot of coins on top like always and got a belltone and a $1.00 icon, will on my old detector every time I dug it it was trash so I just about walked on then I remember everyone saying dig everything at first so I dug up a 1935 Merc on edge. long story short DON'T anyone every try to get this detector away from me ,Thanks for listening.:garrett:

Sorry but forgot to say that I will be looking for a picture machine today so I can post some pictures,Thanks

I am an avid 2500 user. If you have the big 12.5 inch imaging coil, start using it immediately after you get proficient with the stock coil. Mine sat in a dusty corner for two years. It took me a solid month of practice to get really good with it but it hasn't been off my machine in around a month. The extra finds are worth the weight. (Awful pun.)
