250 question?

gene iam not a garrett guy but i will say this i was looking at some garretts to day while i was waiting to pick up my explorer and was playing with a 250 and a 550 waving some coins around them and i was totaly impressed with the 250 it was picking up a silver quarter around 10 ins and a strong signal to boot .i really think it was better than the 550 especialy the money diff. i told myself my next unit would be a 250 something to play with for the price .ihave the explorer and a quattro. but that will be the next one..don
