Buzzed out to an older school at the edge of town that has an ancient playground covered with a thick carpet of shredded bark and wood. This stuff is impossible to dig in or even stick a probe into and comes up like chunks of rotten carpet, and at the base is compacted river rock.

They are renovating and part of the old playground equipment was removed and the ground all torn up so I hopped around on all the dirt and debris and came up with this little pile. A few of these coins have been buried in that stuff since Hector was a pup. Was hard digging and the old back got sore.

Tried the soccer field for a few minutes and the ground was like concrete so gave up on that.
