24% increase in police shot in 2009

Did anybody see the msnbc report that the number of policeman shot and killed in the line of duty in 2009, increased by 24% over 2008? 9 don't think bad of me for reading something from that liberal rag sheet, but even they can report something right once in awhile) Ed in co.
 
I haven't seen the video from his patrol camera, but I have heard from others who have that he did everything by the book until the killer told him his brother is a cop. When he said that, the officer let his guard down and asked him why he didn't tell him before he wrote the ticket. The officer stepped up to the driver's window and when he did the killer shot him in the mouth and he died instantly. The officer has a wife and 2 children, the youngest is 4 or 6 months old (the age depends on who you talk to). Totally senseless!!!
 
That's the reason,crazy and just plain evil. They drill in our head everyday No such thing as a routine traffic stop.
