[size=medium]I found this 20lb parrot shell with the brass sabot in a field below the plow line today. The shell was about two and a half feet deep. I got a very wide pattern on all metal with my tejon and then checked it with the second discriminate and it knolled out which let me know it was Big Iron. Looks like your 3 days of scouting paid off man; nice find. Just goes to show a little research and work will still pay off. Congrats.

If there's one shell, there's gotta be more. Hunt it hard and keep it secret since you've done the research and effort. Again, very nice shell.

My uncle and I went back to the impact area today and he found this 20lb Schenkl. The Schenkl was about 100 yards from the parrot in the same line of fire. He was rather excited and I was envious! :puke: I have been looking for that Schenkl for 10years and he just walked out there and in 10 minutes found it. Oh well, I was still happy for him.:clapping: The area is a large track of farm land with ravines so hopefully we will find more. As much as I would like to invite everyone to this spot I am sworn to secrecy.

Best Regards,
