Found My first silver. 1925 merc
over 3,000 coins
couple dozen rings
my first gold and second and third and fourth
lots of necklace charms
First silver bracelet

sold all the gold and bought silver coins. lol

I bought my F-70 in June and got a lot of help from the guys on the forum.

Learned about Gold.................. Thanks Mud puppy.
Learned about coin poppin....... Thanks Zeekeys and Mud.
Learned About Silver.................Thanks HH Jim tn.

When I add it all together. My F-70 found enough to pay for its self from June to December. Really thinking about getting an F-75. Is it really that much better???????????????????????????????

I loved my F70 but decided to try an F75. My F75 is a Camo LTD and I love the boost feature. It will spank a lot of machines when the grass gets tall. Boost and a back light are the two main reasons I moved on from the F70. For coin shooting I'm not sure you can beat an F70. I never went out without finding a pile of change. I also wanted to relic hunt. Everyone I talked to recommended the F75 so I had no trouble deciding to get one. If you are primarily a coin hunter in yards especially I am not sure the F75 would be that much better for you. I am sure some of the others will chime in with their thoughts. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Yeah! That was a lot of fun watching you getting all excited and out hunting! Thanks for the opportunity to be a small part of your success! I dont know man, those guys with the 75's really give a good representation of themselves. 'Course, us 70 swingers dont do too bad either! I'm sticking with the 70 just because we get along so well, and it is perfect for what I do. I've been hitting the sledding hills as time and weather allow, just a little clad so far, Good Luck in 13, and a big Congratulations! :clapping:

I am with Cometguy on this one. About the only thing the F75 has over the F70 is the back light. I even think the F70 may have an internal boost mode (slow disc). I have heard about phenomenal finds with the F70.

I can't compare the F 70 and F 75 LTD/SE as never had a F 70. If you mainly coin and jewelry hunt, I would think the F 70 would be plenty of detector. If you do some relic hunting, then the boost mode becomes a factor and is a game changer. I am going to do some pillaging here in Nashville for a couple of days. HH jim tn
