Did not get out nearly as much as some previous years and most of this year's hunting was in town around powerlines and much trash. Been getting out into the country lately where I can crank up the sens and really do believe that makes a difference. Think I will post over on the Classroom forum sometime soon my latest gut feelings on the Auto/manual Chevy/Ford and other controversies.

This was 2004's seated minus one other half dime. Last two years have been down to one seated and this is first year I haven't found an LC.

And 2003.

After analyzing the data it appears that the years I detect frequently at sites that have many coins are the years I do the best. I know this sounds crazy but think it over.

Looking forward to seeing how everyone else did this-er-last year.

You lucky dog! You have a heck of a Seated Coin Collection going there. Very Nice Indeed! You may have not of found much in 2006 but you definitely made up for it in previous years that is for sure. And, once again I see that you have found my Franklin Half I have been looking for. Find Walkers and Barber but no Franklin yet since 2001. I am sure 2007 is going to be your year to shine and look forward to you posting in the new year. Good Luck and HH.
