$200 worth of halves and what did I find

If it said 1977, all the halves were 1977. Every roll was the same. What ever it said on the roll, that is what it was. That is why I don't play the lottery. The oldest coins were 1971.

The first rolls I bought ($190 worth) were like that. All the same year and mint but not winners. It's hit and miss with CR hunting. Yesterday I had $160 in machinr rolls. There was a 1967 (40% silver keeper)on top. After that, ziltch. One good one out of 320 coins. Of course that whole roll of silver made up for it but that's not likely to happen again.

I've been through $4,000-$5,000 before I hit that big find that I had. Go to other banks, they want to get rid of them. EWven if your not a customer they should be glad to get rid of them.

HH[/quote]that's what I did yesterday. They were happy to get rid of them. Now I'm headed to make a bank mad by dumping about $700 worth on them:rofl:
