not by me. Had a club hunt at another pounded park Sunday and the find of a life time was dug up by "ole" Jack. Not sure how long he was there before he dug it up, but leave it to Jack to find the neatest coin. Seems like where ever we have a hunt he always seems to come up with the best coin find or the best jewelery. I know there is a little bit of luck in this hobby, but this guy could step in a pile of dog crap and it would smell like roses. I have never seen a $20 gold coin up close and actually held one, but man that sucker was heavy. He said it was only about 4 inches down and we were digging pull-tabs and memorial pennies at six inches. Go figure!!! I didn't have my camera with me or I would have taken a picture of it. The rain held off till it was almost time to call it a day. A nice silver ring and silver bracelet were found as far as jewelery goes. My buddy Lee got six or seven wheats and a 1903 Indian. Another fellow got a 1906 Indian and all I got was a 42 merc, a key date wheat 1913s, a 1919, 1926, 1939, 1947 and a no date. At least I didn't get skunked and it was a nice hunt or at least it was for one lucky guy. Thanks for looking and GL & HH to everyone.
