Hit a neibors house in my home town.I found my oldest coin thus far in my quest for the past...Then 10 feet further i find my 2nd oldest coin thus far. After that short Hunt its gonna be hard to top those 2 coins for me.Try not to laugh to hard at the guy sounding like a little kid all excited(me)..LOL..I dont care if you do it was worth it!I just didnt relize what a goon i sounded like till i watched it myself Hehe.Anyways hope you enjoy the vid..HH http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-n9D8KrCSPE

Just teasing about the bags.........you gonna show us what they look like cleaned up..?????

I havent cleaned them any further..Im not sure i want too.Just rubing them that tiny bit when i found them scratched them all up..Ill never do that again on old coinage..I could kick myself!

Those were some awesome finds. Congrats again, and thanks for sharing. One suggestion I might offer...... I carry a small pill bottle full of water, where I put the freshly dug old coins. Rinses them right off and and keeps me from scratching them with my fingers. Just make sure it has a wide enough opening to accomodate a silver dollar!

Excellent idea!!Thx .ive never had a silver coin scratch so easy...I just dont wanna do that again.Ill give that a try.

it's hard enough to video and detect, but my question is how were you able to hold the camera still after digging those GREAT finds???:jump: I would have shaking so bad you couldn't have made out the finds at all. CONGRATS!!!!!!!

cares if they got scratch, I personally would have put them in my mouth to clean them then spit out the dirt. We all ate dirt when we were kids and were still here. There has to be more there so make us some more video's to enjoy and let us see your face.

Yes ive had the E-Trac for about 2 weeks.I dont have a brother so maybe you mean someone else...Thx for watching ,i will deff film more at that site.I was welcomed back anytime i like, told me to bring a shovel if wanted LOL..I told her id be back with the dozer to remove 4 inches..I dont show my face in my vids ...who wants to look at my ugly mug..I show the important stuff :)after that 2nd coin i called it a Good Night and went and ate dinner.Hopefully more in that same spot...the yards huge tho,and there are 125 acres on the place. My coins are never for sale so the scratch bugs me more because of the newbi mistake. Take care HH

yes I did. I took delivery last Friday and have been trying to "get up to speed" with it. Made a few decent finds so far. But once the smaller coils arrive, I intend to give it a real workout!
