Beaches in Iowa? Next someone will say there's a desert in Alaska! Really though....the happiness has only begun Les! I've had mine just over a year and while sometimes I'd like to pretzel it around a tree it always comes back and redeems itself. I'm a turf hunter and banged 5 silver coins this weekend so all is good...
It's all about location and you have that obviously figured out. Bad conditions and no finds? Move along, the longer that dead horse gets beaten the more it starts to stink, I know.
