2 Silvers today!

Ok this may not be a big deal to some folks but for me it was huge. I found 2 silver Rosies today. A 1962 and a 1964 withen about 10 minute of each other. I had only found one silver since starting in July of 07. To find 2 in one day reall got me stoked, Beale.

There is just something about finding silver coins!!! Gold rings are nice.....and worth more....but old silver coins just make it special. Congrats!

Now you have the monkey off of your back. It's kind of relative to where you are hunting and what your expectations are. i.e The chance of me ever finding a civil war relic are slim to none, so I have no goals in that regard, or a threshold I'm trying to reach. If I happen upon some old coins in my quest for gold jewelry, I'll take them, but I rarely seek them out solely. Thats one of the strengths of the Terras, they allow you to specialize in your area of interest by coil selection.

Congrats, now get out there and hound out some more silver! Believe me, it beats roof raking!!!!

Thanks everybody! I mostly hunt public places, so silver is hard to come by. The state NC is putting in a new road close by. They are moving or tearing down homes. I am starting to hit these spots. I figure all it will end up as is a road.

Yea my silver count is at 3 now all dimes. I will be honest I just like to hunt. Any time or where it is all good, Beale.

Congrats on your finds.........I'm sure there are many more special finds out there for you.....................thats the beauty of detecting, weeks, months of nothing then bam two silvers within 10 mins, it was just meant to be!
