1st hunt was maybe 2 hours where they are going to tear out a street and sidewalks (hit the strip between the curb and sidewalk), found the bell and wheats there. The slq came from a area of a park ive hit hard with my mxt, the slq was 9 to 10 inches down and anywhere from 7- 46-47 to 12-46 with the sweet silver sound, hunted for about 45 minutes while the wife went to walmart. Wheats are 27 and 44, the slq is my 3rd this year all dateless. Thanks 4 lookin mike

even dateless the slq is an outstanding find. i found one like that with an S mintmark....such a heartbreaker....but they are such cool looking coins

no matter how bad of shape the coins are in you still found a piece of history and that is a treasure in its self...nice finds

Great finds! Hope you get to hit the area they are about to tear up. That will be interesting.
Best of luck and keep us posted.

Nice finds Mike, those SLQ's don't come easy and you didn't have to go Walmart! -- Randy

I wish my 45 minute hunts were that productive. Congratulations and thanks for the pictures.
