2 more scratched from the Bucket list today! Can't believe I dug them both on the same hunt. Within 30 feet of where I dug the 2 cent piece 2 weeks ago. 1866 Shield Nickel, and 1858 Flying Eagle Cent. Obverse of the Eagle is toasted, was happy to get a date from it

Nice finds! Try soaking them overnight in olive oil. The oil may gently clean them up a little more.
