2 hr hunt w/ ace 250

Went to a small older park for 1 hr and picked up a few coins and went to the high school i went to and picked up another few coins 1 qt 6 dms and 40 pnnys for a total of 47 coins nothing old i dont think, im still having a little trouble with the ace turning off when i set it down i put different batterys in it and it stoped for a while but i noticed it doing it again, im trying to decide on a new machine for my birthday in june, i doing research Z
 
Went to a high school just in the next town 2 passes 2 qt-- 4 dms --2 nik--16 pnnys total 22 coins all clad my knees hurt, still fun Z
 
Sounds like you had a couple of good hunts. I have to wait a bit as we still have several inches of snow on the ground here. As to the shutting off thing maybe the folks at Garrett's customer service could shed some light on it.
 
The Ace 250 is an EXCELLENT machine and at the best price ever.
For coin hunting and relic you can't go wrong. I've had mine 7 years
with never a problem, and trading up to an Ace 350. I've also paid for the
machine several times ovwer with all the clad and rings I've found over
the years.
