First hit was the buffalo nickel...It was at 6". It is a 1916, but so toasty that I cannot tell if it is a double strike, or if it has mintmarks...Also got a 1964 nickel...Do not know why the one dime is green...there was no copper near it that I could detect...

HH,

... and yes, I am referring to the 5.3 BullsEye coil! :clapping:

That 6

Thanks Monte:

I love the 5.3...It goes just as deep as the 950 I have (which is a Quantum 950 coil)...Were those the Black Max Coils with a Quantum sticker on it???

HH,

I have found that if your keeping your eyes on the screen while hunting with the QXT (especially in trashy areas or if you have the SENS turned up), your gonna drive yourself nuts...Do NOT look at the screen, concentrate on listening for good solid tones (this is not always true, as some iffy tones have turned up good finds)...Then look at your screen to confirm...It takes a while to learn the Language, but once your talking, your gonna love it...

HH,
