First seated (half dime), first shield nickel (1867).

May have found a small campsite. This is the same area I found a 1851 Officers Sword Belt Plate a couple months ago.

TTF - slow with wiggle.

Congratulations on your firsts. Great finds! Thanks for the pictures. I've always wondered how many coins slipped down to the depths there in Texas. I lived near McKinney and Caddo Mills in 70's, and in the summer the ground would get those huge cracks in it.

We stuck a garden hose in one time and after all day, you couldn't even tell the ground was wet.
