2 CTX's one computer?

I know a guy who is not computer savy at all doesn't even own one. He has a CTX that has not had an update so is missing the new settings. Has anyone here hooked up more than one CTX to the same xchange2 program? with no Ill effects to either Xchange2 or the CTX unit. I know its not iTunes or anything but is there any reason not to do this?
 
I have not tried it but would assume that it will see the machine as a different machine. Your mode folder will be there so you can put some of your saved hunt modes on his machine if you want to.
 
Yes you can. I have hooked my hunting partners CTX to my PC with no problems.
