We all have to realize that our good fortune is only possible by someone else's misfortune. Sunday was that day for me

I was at a farm stand flower site looking for Euro coins, when I got a signal (18-19) that looked like a Euro 10 cent coin. At the bottom of my 7 inch hole was a glint of gold, I thought it was a golden aluminum piece, instead it was an 18kt Bulgari ring! I first thought it was a Roman ring based on the style, and there is Roman artifacts in the area. Keeping my excitement in check I continued working with my 5 inch sniper coil on the Equinox. after another 1 euro coin, I got another signal, and up turned the another Bulgari ring in white gold! They were both women's pinky rings, and totaled 16 grams. at the depth I found them, I guess they were there for 20+ years. I then searched the area carefully but did not turn up any more jewelry.

Some poor lady probably had her ring in a coat pocket or purse and dropped them while paying for flowers and didn't even know. They are worth about $800 each. definitely one of my best days, and it felt like a beach hunt, not a field hunt.

Equinox 800 5 inch coil
