Went out with 3 others guys to hunt an old school in Dixon,Ca today, no silver coins were found by me even though the school was built in 1950. Three of us had the AT PRO while one guy had the E-trac. All the AT PRO guys did pretty good (LOADED WITH CLAD). I haven't talk to the E-TRAC guy yet, we left while he was still in the field hunting. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of silvers here, I was picking deep targets with my little 5x8 coil but didn't wont to dig too deep because the grounds keeper was out talking with us. ( Looks like a layer of grass was laid on top of the original dirt and very well manicure). He's was okay with digging and mention that the school has never been detected before, and added that the gate isn't lock. The coins on the right of one picture is all the coins for the week. (little over $63 (today's find not include) HAPPY HUNTING

Nice hunt and good chunk of silver in the bracelet. Put that 11" coil on to get down to that deeper silver. Nice pile of battery and gas money. HH jim tn

Let us know what your Etrac buddy found at that site.....he may still be there...one of these days I need a great clad grab like you had!:clapping:

Spoke to my Etrac buddy today he did very good, silver bracelet too and 4 silver coins ranging from silver dimes to quarters. He was using the 6x9 coil on his Etrac. I think he's back there again today. It's about a 3 acre field. I sure there's still a lot of silvers left in that field. I know that the 2 TOT lots had so much clad which build up over the years it was crazy. Some clad had sunk in to the bottom of the wood chip. OH.. forgot to mention, went out on club member hunt today and hunted an old junior high school. I had a guy whom was interested in the hobby following me around..sure enough I found a 1947 Rosie (solid 83).. I gave it to him as a gift,,,man was he happy. Happy hunting guys...

Very nice hunt, asiandigger. That looks like a nice, heavy bracelet! Great that you found a virgin site - gives you a nice fallback spot whenever you feel like filling up the clad jar and fishing for some old silver! That was nice of you to give your shadow some silver- he's probably detector shopping now, and good karma for you!
