1st trip to the beach with the new E-trac

Hello took the new toy to the beach today. The E-trac kicks a--. I spent about 1.5 hrs on the dry sand and found $2.10. Started out in the beach mode with manual sensitivity. I had it set to high at first and was getting a few false signals. I set it to auto and had no more flash signals. I could have just lowered the manual setting, but I just gave Auto a try. I have read allot of folks complain about the tones the E-trac makes , but I had no problems with them. I have had a XS for about 8 years so maybe that helped. Best find was a Quarter & a dime together at 10

I have been meaning to take my E-Trac out of the woods and go to the beach with it. I am really curious to see how it might do in beach sand...

Way to go Frank !

Once you get really "tuned in" to your ET - coins and jewelry will start flying out of the ground !
