Hunted an old home site in Cleburne, Tx.& recovered a nice dog tag & old auto emblem that says " Gray Motor Corporation, Detroit,Mi. Did a search on Google & found that Gray Motor Corp. made cars from 1922-26. An interesting find. This X-50 is my first Minelab..... it won't be my last. Great machine. Lightweight, easy to use, really locks on to targets, pinpoints very well. It goes deep!!! I dug targets 8"-9" deep.

Lynn shows up in Cleburne with a brand new detector and kicks our rear-ends. There were four of us hunting this site and he digs up a couple of super relics. Way to go Lynn.:detecting:

I agree, the XT50 is one heck of a machine. I have made several good finds, including gold rings but this US belt plate is my favorite. Found it last week at an old homestead (plantation) site, wasn't too deep, about 8", came in loud and clear. Hope you find more good stuff. John Angleton, TX
