Didn't do vary good, will take some getting used to. I always do poorly the first few times out with a new machine. This is my first Tesoro.
I seemed to get the a better crisper signal in disc mode, then the all metal mode. I also liked to use the quick crisp sound in disc to pin point with better then the all metal mode. It's all most like they were turned around/backwards of what I expected.
I'm going to study my owners manual some more <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

The way the discrimination is set up is genius.
Most of those rings that used to elude me are mine now. <IMG SRC="/metal/html/tesoro.gif" BORDER=0 width=45 height=18 ALT="t~">

I have owned one for 2 years and love it. I also have 2 whites. Iuse the eldorado in hunts and it is the best. Good hunting and hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine.

That pretty much sums up my feelings about the Eldorado. As you learn the machine things will fall in place as they alsways do. Very good machine and good luck with it.
